Yes. You don't need to live in the US to form a US LLC with Company Sage, and this offer works the same way wherever you're based. Bank account approval is up to our banking partners, and their requirements can differ for non-US residents.
Is my bank account approval guaranteed?
No. Our banking partners decide who they approve. If a partner declines your application, we can't refund your $99 formation fee.
Is $99 the full cost, and how long does filing take?
The $99 covers our Starter formation fee only — your state's filing fee is separate and varies by state. The $199 Professional package adds your EIN and a few extras, and $99 of it is still refunded when you fund. Filing time depends on your state.
