Shortly after, he began working alongside his father, a business and trust attorney in Wyoming, where he saw how often other entrepreneurs faced similar challenges. What started as a family-run practice evolved into Wyoming LLC Attorney, the first brand powered by Company Sage's proprietary technology for small business owners seeking attorney-backed formations without traditional complexity or cost.
The team expanded with regional brands like Cindy's Florida LLC and Cindy's New Mexico LLC, and in 2024 launched a nationwide platform, LLC Attorney. Together, these brands have helped form over 100,000 companies across the U.S.

Andrew's journey began with a mistake—applying for a Corporation instead of an LLC. He didn't realize the difference between the entity types until tax time, when he had to spend countless hours undoing his mistake and working with a CPA to ensure he was paying his taxes properly. As a new business owner unaware of the legal complexities of U.S. business entities, Andrew chose to handle the formation himself to avoid the high cost of professional services. This decision cost him time and money in the long run. This experience inspired him to found Company Sage, providing accessible, expert legal guidance on business formations at a fraction of the cost. With experience in corporate structuring from his time in the Caribbean and a degree in Mathematics and Philosophy, Andrew leads with both passion and expertise.

Dan brings more than 30 years of experience in finance, accounting, and executive leadership. Most recently, he served as Managing Partner at K1 Investment Management, where he oversaw dozens of companies, led Finance and Accounting best practices across a portfolio of over 100 businesses, and sat on numerous boards. Dan has also held CEO and President roles at multiple companies, including Media Solutions Holdings and Printer Essentials, where he drove growth, strengthened financial performance, and improved operational efficiency. With an MBA in Finance from Rutgers University and a BS in Accounting from Montclair State University, Dan combines strategic vision, financial stewardship, and transformative leadership—exactly what we need as we scale.

Jeff Cummings is a customer success and operations executive with over 20 years of experience. At Company Sage, he focuses on driving customer retention and recurring revenue through strategic initiatives and operational effectiveness. Jeff has a proven track record of leading multinational teams, managing call centers, and implementing technology solutions, achieving double-digit revenue growth and enhanced customer satisfaction. His expertise spans client experience, technical support, CRM, and analytics, making him an invaluable asset to our team.

Carol Mendelsohn is a marketing executive with 20 years of experience leading high-performance teams and driving demand generation. With over a decade in mid-size, PE-backed SaaS companies, she specializes in building scalable programs, marketing teams, and leveraging martech for efficiency. As Head of Marketing at Rock Solid, she played a key role in the company's acquisition by Granicus, developing an integrated marketing strategy, scalable processes, and a framework to drive consistent pipeline.
